So, you found a product you wish to order? THANK YOU!                                                                                           Ordering through us is easy and quick, and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Because most of our items are Rare, an we generally can only get one of them, we cannot at this time accept automatic payments. We are trying to work out a system similar to that, but for now, this is the best and easiest way to order.

In the Subject line, write "ORDER" and then the website order number of the product you desire. The Order number can be found to the right of the product Title (example: ORDER ABC-Spell Magic #ABCSM-32084CRJ). If you are ordering more than one item, you can fill out just the top portion " Product Name: & Quantity: " as many times is as needed, and then continue with the Order Form, so long as all the Payment/Shipping etc information is the same for each item requested. 

In the Body of the email, please list the Product you to order in This format ONLY:

Additional Information or Requests: (Here you can let us know if you need  any additional requests, such as Insurance, Signature Confirmation, Tracking information, etc., for an additional fee. Also include in here if this is a gift and the shipping address and/or name will be different from the person ordering.)

NOTE on Paypal Payments:  ALL Paypal Orders must be paid for within 3 DAYS after receiving the Paypal invoice from Chyuko Rock/Oblivion Child Production. 

NOTE on Money Orders Payments: ALL Money Orders must be received by us within 7 DAYS of the invoice emailed to you. Again, you must purchase a pink International Money order made out in Japanese Yen; No Other Money Orders will be excepted. You must mail the Money Order in a Registered Letter. These generally take 3-5 days to reach us. If your post office gives you an estimated time of arrival that is beyond the 7 Days, PLEASE let us know.

Regardless of payment type, we will email you on the next business day after receiving your payment. In that email we will include the day we will send the product out (usually within 3-5 days) and an estimated time of arrival. But please be aware that product arrival dates are subject to change greatly due to your specific countries Customs & mail service. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

PUTTING AN ITEM ON HOLD:

You MAY place items on Hold by making a 50% (of the item cost), non-refundable down-payment. This is generally non-negotiable and prevents people from repeatedly placing items on Hold (and thus discouraging legitimate buyers fro, considering the item) that they cannot afford and do not intend to purchase.

Please fill out the Order Form above in the same manner you would if you were ordering, except replace the word 'Order' in the email Subject line with the word 'Hold'. Once the Hold is confirmed, we will email you with a confirmation number and remaining balance. From that point, you will have 7 days  to complete the payment transaction. If the transaction has Not been completed within the 7 days, and we have not received any sort of explanation, the item will be taken off Hold status and your payment forfeited. There is a 3 item limit for Hold status by any one person at one time. Please note that all times go by Tokyo standard (generally 15-17 hours ahead of California, USA).

Most of our products are shipped from Japan, though  some products have already been shipped to our associates in the US. Here are some examples of various average shipping costs:

Available Shipping Methods (in order of cheapest/slowest to higher/faster): 

From California:  1st Class, Media Mail (not available w/ some orders), Priority, Flat Rate (20lb limit), Express

From Japan: Surface (not recommended for small packages), Economy Airmail, EMS (Express Mail Service) 

All items that are being shipped from California, their Product Numbers will end in 'US'. If you are ordering multiple items and want to take advantage of the US's Flat rate Box and Envelope services, please include this request in the Shipping Type: section of your Order email. Please Note: Due to some circumstances and destinations, the Flat Rate option is sometimes not available (example: Bolivia does not accept Flat Rate US services). If you inquire about the Flat Rate service (different rates for Domestic and International shipping), please ALSO include an alternative shipping method.

If products from both the US and Japan are ordered, please remember that two separate shipping methods need to be chosen. Some products (mainly CDs) that are already in the US can possibly be bought here in Japan. If this is the case, and you want to try to have them all shipped from Japan, please request this and we will try to find it at NO Extra charge.

AUCTION/WEBSITE/PERSONAL SHOPPING:

 FOR WEBSITES:

We charge 300Y for our fee on top of any fees incured in the purchasing and domestic shipping of the item to us in Chiba.

FOR AUCTION SITES:

We charge 500Y and a 50% deposit (deposit before placing our bid) on the max amount bidding, plus all fees and shipping we must pay out for the item. It is 500Y each auction, regardless of how many items are in the auction or Buy It Now.

FOR LIVE SHOW EXCLUSIVES:

For exclusive material, we charge 500Y each item, plus any fees incured (including venue cost and train travel if applicable).
